Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Delex Wholesale trade ordering platform. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Trade accounts

Delex Wholesale supplies products to trade customers only. You must provide accurate business and contact information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or incomplete details.

2. Orders and acceptance

All orders placed through the app are subject to confirmation by Delex Wholesale. Prices, availability, and delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment methods available are shown during checkout. Orders marked as paid online must be completed before dispatch. WhatsApp orders are confirmed separately and payment terms are agreed at that time.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address supplied. You must inspect goods on receipt and report shortages or damage within 24 hours.

5. Returns and refunds

Perishable and food-safe items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Delex Wholesale and may require photographic evidence.

6. Limitation of liability

Delex Wholesale is not liable for indirect losses arising from order delays, stock unavailability, or misuse of products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
